Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Closing Window Monitor collects, why, and what happens to it. It is operated by Optidelta Technologies Private Limited ("DeltaOption", "we").

1. What we collect

• Email address. Used to send your sign-in link and to identify your membership. Collected at payment and at sign-in.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive the payment id, amount, status and the email you entered. We never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Membership record. Plan and expiry date, linked to your email.
• Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) kept for security and to keep the Service running.

We do not collect your name, phone number, broker details, holdings or trades. The Service has no broker connection.

2. How we use it

• To sign you in and show you the Service for the term you paid for.
• To send transactional emails: sign-in links, payment confirmation, and notice before your membership ends.
• To keep the Service secure and diagnose faults.

We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we do not sell or rent your data.

3. Who else sees it

• Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy.
• Supabase hosts the membership database and sends sign-in emails on our behalf.
• Vercel serves the website and its logs.

Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Cookies and storage

The Service stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Signing out removes the token.

5. Retention

Membership and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law, then deleted. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to support@deltaoption.in from the email address on the account. Deletion ends any active membership without refund unless the Refund Policy applies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
