Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Closing Window Monitor (the "Service"), operated by Optidelta Technologies Private Limited ("DeltaOption", "we"). By paying for or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service is an information tool. It computes, from publicly quoted NIFTY and SENSEX option prices, the closing index level those prices imply, and shows it in index points against the 15:15 freeze level, together with stability measures and a library of recorded sessions.

The Service does not provide investment advice, recommendations, ratings or tips. It does not connect to any broker, place orders, or execute trades. DeltaOption is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Any trading or investment decision you make is your own, at your own risk.

2. Membership

• Membership costs ₹1,499 (inclusive of applicable taxes) for three months from the time the payment is captured.
• It is a single payment. It does not renew and nothing is charged automatically. To continue after three months, pay again.
• Membership is personal to the email address used at payment and is for your own use. Do not share your sign-in link or account.
• Sign-in is by a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you.

3. Data and availability

Readings are derived from exchange-quoted option prices obtained from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted. Live sessions run on trading days from about 14:45 to 15:30, exchange holidays excepted. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any reading will match the official close. Recorded sessions describe past sessions only and say nothing about future ones.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute, scrape or republish the Service or its data.
• Do not attempt to access other members' accounts, the underlying infrastructure, or data beyond what the Service shows you.
• Do not present the Service or its readings as advice to others.

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. A membership ended for breach is not refunded.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, text and computed data are owned by Optidelta Technologies Private Limited. Membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its term and nothing more.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeltaOption is not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from use of or reliance on the Service, or from its unavailability or errors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the membership in force at the time of the claim.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes are announced on the site; continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction. Questions: support@deltaoption.in.
