Refund Policy

Membership of the Closing Window Monitor is a single payment of ₹1,499 for three months of access. The payment is refunded only in the two situations below: a technical fault on our side, or a duplicate payment. There is no cooling-off period and no refund for change of mind.

1. Technical fault on our side

If Razorpay captured your payment but no membership was activated within 24 hours, or you could not sign in to the platform because of a fault on our side that we were unable to fix within five working days of you reporting it, we refund the payment in full. This does not cover exchange holidays, exchange-side data outages, or your own device, browser or connectivity.

2. Duplicate payments

If you were charged twice for the same membership, we refund the duplicate payment in full. Send both Razorpay payment ids.

3. Service outage

If the live window is unavailable for five or more trading days in any month of your membership because of a fault on our side, we extend the membership by the same number of trading days. An extension is the remedy for an outage; it does not create a right to a refund unless section 1 applies.

4. No refunds otherwise

Membership does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. We do not refund for unused days, for change of mind, or on the basis of the readings, the close, or the outcome of any trade. Access ended for breach of the Terms and Conditions is not refunded.

5. How to ask

Email support@deltaoption.in from the address you paid with, quoting the Razorpay payment id and describing the fault or the duplicate charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days; your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
